Hi, I purchased a reconditioned IPhone 6s from Giff Gaff in January and I’ve noticed in the past couple of weeks that the battery power is depleting every 5 hours. So I have to charge the phone at least 3 times each day. I think the phone has a 6 month warranty. I have backed up the data, updated software etc, however, the battery power is still depleting. Should I return the phone?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

@ginga1971

If you have reset the phone and still having issues with battery, then I would return it under the 6 month warranty for a replacement/repair battery.  You can process the return from your order history page https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details#orders

Click view details on the phone purchase and will see a link to process a return

You will then have an option to select poor battery:

You will then be taken to a page to cofnirm details and process the return and print labels etc.

Hope you get this resolved in a quick and trouble free way (am sure you will)
