Blackberry: User account is in SUSPENDED mode

I haven't been able to send/receive email on my Blackberry for a few days now. The internet and BBM are fine though.

I get a big red X next to the email I've tried to send and the Message Status reads "User account is in SUSPENDED mode"

 

Is anyone else having this problem?

 

When I Googled the issue, I found this:

It seems GiffGaff have to set my BIS to Active.

 

I'm going to contact an agent now but if anyone else is having this problem, this is what's happening.
