I lost my phone but no found it so give sent me a sim but my wife though it away she thout it was no good do I got another sim sent out but it will not work it says but the one there sent first time so the new say but the one in to un block my phone but do not have it shot do I need to do ????

You needed to use the replacement SIM that was sent out to you by giffgaff

Contact an agent. Tell them you lost the replacement SIM from when you reported your SIM lost and need a new replacement SIM.

Hi @hilly55322 firstly you need to ask an agent to unblock your phone by submitting this form https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Phones/Place-or-remove-an-IMEI-bar/form/

 

Secondly the old SIM is now useless but a new replacement SIM will be sent out to you with your original number on it.
