completed the form with my old number and PAC code but when I submit, the page just says that there seems to be a gremlin in the works and refers me to FAQs. Any one help?

Try again this afternoon. The whole site is suffering gremlins with many unable to log in.

 

Staff are attempting to get it running again.

 

Your pac is valid for 30 days.

Try clearing your browsers history cache and cookies and try again, or use a different browser or different device to log in, perhaps try the main website

@dodgenitro  it may be to do with this issue 

 

there is currently issues with login as shown here

Hi, the log in problems appear to be resolved now,
the gremlin message you see when you click the transfer number button is an unrelated issue

Which network are you transferring from?
Is your pac code 3 letters followed by 6 numbers?
(don't post it)

sorry no, from iD network, 3 letters, 6 numbers. I trans the number from Voda last week to iD (but no signal so moving to giff gaff)
