I would contact an agent and explain it to them as they are best placed to help.

I EMAAILED/MSGD THE EDUCATOR BUT THEY HAVENT GOT BAK TO ME.HOW TO I CONTACT THE AGENT UNDER YOUR GIFGAF?

You need to wait for an educator to reply to you. As indicated, I have also contacted the educators for you, so they should reply in a while. You will need to be a little patient now until the links are fixed. Once this has been done, you can contact an agent using this link (which you indicated does not work at the moment though):
