CAN SUM1 HELP ME PLZ

 

IT WONT LET ME CONTACT AN AGENT OR ANYTHING. IM HAVIN MY O2 NUMBER TRANSDERED TO GIFGAF AND THINK ITS TRANSFERED BECOZ IM GETIN FEW TESTS BUT IT WONT LET ME CALL OR TEXT OR GO INTERNET WAT DO I NEED TO DO?

If the number has gone through then, text 'settings' to 2020.

Your port is probably still in progress, and everything will probably return to normal without any action on your part. Most ports complete by about 9 pm but can take 24 hrs. If you continue to have problems contacting an agent after that and need to, PM an educator to fix the agent links for you.

WELL I STARTED DA TRANSFER YESTERDAY AT 11.OOAM WEN I ACTIVATED MY SIM BUT IT SAYS YOU GOT PUT IN 1 DAY IN ADVANCED SO IM NOT SURE IF ITS BEEN 24HOURS?

You should have received a notification indicating your port date.

In that case wait until tomorrow, if still not sorted, contact an agent using the link under My giffgaff.

 

Edit: Have notified educators of your agent link problem. They usually reply on the thread.
