They are working on it as fast as possible.
Your port is probably still in progress, and everything will probably return to normal without any action on your part. Most ports complete by about 9 pm but can take 24 hrs. If you continue to have problems contacting an agent after that and need to, PM an educator to fix the agent links for you.
I HAVENT RECIEVED ANYTHING THOUGH
In that case wait until tomorrow, if still not sorted, contact an agent using the link under My giffgaff.
Edit: Have notified educators of your agent link problem. They usually reply on the thread.
