Hi is there an agent out there who can answer my query, as I cannot get into my messages from Agents and when I try to fill in a new form all I get is a message saying there are errors. I am getting fed up with GG messing me around. Would an agent kindly read this below which I put in the form which I was unable to send.
How many more times do I have to ask GG to stop sending me messages asking for more information, you have not even addressed my issue of why when you sent me an email listing all my texts sent that one person on the list is not even a number I know. Also, the first day of my new goodybag 11 texts went when I have only sent 2. Also you have not addressed the issue of my new SIM which arrived last week and I cannot use as it is for a new member and I need to keep my own number, you have not given me an activation code for this SIM so I can keep my number, and now today I received an email saying you were sending a new SIM and welcoming me to GG. What the heck is going on please.?
