Can I access an online log of my outgoing phone calls? I deleted my call history but need an unsaved number from it. Thanks

https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/My-account/Requesting-usage-records/form/

Please allow 24 hrs for a response, but usually much quicker.

To request usage records for 3 months and under, you need to use this link: https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/My-account/Requesting-usage-records/

 

Please note that agents can take upto 24 hours to reply, but you will usually hear back within a few hours.

Under GDPR you can request usage history free of charge by asking an agent. Please do so to encourage Giffgaff to implement proper usage history under my Giffgaff.
