I cant receive or make any phone calls. 

I use giffgaff as my network provider for my work phone and this situation is currently effecting my employement, if this problem not resolved soon I could lose my job. 

Ineed of urgent help. 

I’ll appreciate any response, thank you

No I can’t see my number on the dashboard or goodybag at all, and im going to try dail it now

Make sure you are logging into the correct giffgaff account.

Please text NAME to 43430 for free and wait a few minutes for a reply. You will get the correct username associated with your SIM card.

- Log out of this account:
- When you log back in, input the correct username, or simply use your MOBILE NUMBER instead of the username

As for your calling issues, do you have any signal bars?

Can you test the SIM in another unlocked phone?

Can you call 443 and 111 but not 43430 ?
