Calls failing

Just wondered if it was just me?


I cannot call anyone and incoming calls go straight to voicemail.


I can get through to voicemail but only after a long'ish wait.


Profile / account / iphone all seem ok.

Phone has been rebooted.


O2 don't report any service issues.

Has the SIM been working OK until very recently and stopped working unexpectedly, or has it never worked since activating the SIM?


Do texts (in and out) and mobile data work OK?


Are you currently in the UK?


Please test dial the following numbers, and say exactly what you hear for each of them:


  • 443
  • 43430
  • 0800 800 150
  • 0333 5432 111

Thanks for your help...

Sim not new and has been working perfectly for months
Text in and out - works fine
Mobile data works fine

443 call failed
43430 call failed
0800 800150 - Rings normally and gets through ( I hung up immediately )
0333 5432111 - Rings normally and gets through ( I hung up immediately )

Does this tell you anything?

I did reply earlier but it did not seem to appear here!...

Agent contacted me.. seems there may be a mast issue in my local area...

If you aint toped up in 3 months your sim wont work
