Is there an International Call Plan or do I need to pick up a US SIM Card when I spend 3 weeks in the US in January? Spent far too much when I was in Singapore in November...

Hi
USA is expensive
£1 per min to receive a call
£1 per min to make a call
30p per text
And a whopping £5 per mb for internet
It would be cheaper to buy a local sim there

roaming rates apply with your gg sim when abroad, you will need credit, goodybags are uk only

When you are abroad, your device is automatically set up and will use the local mobile networks instead of giffgaff but you can still enjoy all of giffgaff services. If your using a goodybag, unfortunatley this wont work while you are away abroad as they are for UK use only. Instead you will have to top up with plenty of airtime credit.
Below is a guide to travelling abroad with your giffgaff mobile account.

International calls arn't included in goodybags, therefor you would need credit.
