@u400mpd, hi there, you will need airtime credit to use phone abroad and your phone will connect automatically to the local network, goodybags only work in the uk, use free wifi wherever possible to save you money.

Hi there @u400mpd
The good news is that your giffgaff Sim Card is set to work Automatically whilst abroad however ,goodybags and gigabags are ONLY for use in the UK, so you'll need to Top Up and add "Airtime credit" to your account, whilst either calling abroad or using giffgaff abroad.

All giffgaff sims are set to roam abroad by default. It doesn't matter which phone you use (as long as it's either unlocked or locked to o2).

You will have to add airtime credit to your account before you go as goodybags are for use within the UK only.

You might find it cheaper to use free WiFi,where available, whilst there.

Goodybags only work within the UK. Any country outside you need airtime credit. But DO NOT WORRY. It is very cheap Smiley Happy hope this helps
