When I go to My giffgaff and click either ask and agent, or the my inbox links I get returned to the my giffgaff page. This makes it very difficult to raise the issue I have purchasing another goodybag to start on the 29th.
Anyone else having problems with those links?, is there an email address or something I can use to contact an agent?

http://giffgaff.com/rightnow/ask appears to be working for me. As suggested try another browser or flush the cookies/cache for the one you are using and try again.
Mine is working fine, double check that your're logged on.
I'm having major problems with ask an agent page. I rang in an O2 £10 top up Sunday, bought at 9pm. In early hours Monday 1245am i tried online to change to a £10 goody bag,I've done this previously. It showed an incorrect balance of £9.99 I was unable to ask an agent to sort it. Today is Tuesday 230 now it shows £9.98 without me ever using the phone??? Anyideas on contacting an agent would be appreciated,thanks.
