Can’t log in

I posted yesterday that I couldn’t log in as I’d forgotten my password. I’ve reset it today and it still won’t let me log in. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but no luck. Any ideas as I really need to check my data as I need it for work 😭

Call 43430 and choose the top up option to listen to your balances, this is a free call.

That’s how I already changed the password earlier but it won’t accept it. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could link this username to my number but I can’t.

To find your membername text the word MEMBER to 43430.Smiley Happy

I can’t get my details on that number it’s just asking me to top up or buy a goodybag.

I’ve tried that and reset it but it won’t accept the new password still. It’s driving me mad now 🙄

You need to use your original sim, to make sure its the correct sim,text the wordnumber to 43430, and find your membername by texting MEMBER to 43430.when you recieve the text back, use that membername to log in.

 

and change the password by clicking I FORGOT MY PASSWORD on the sign in page,use a pen and paper and jot in down otherwise you will go around in circles.

Dial *100*7# for your goodybag minutes balance.

I know my number as I’ve had it for 20 years lol, I changed to gg about 6 years ago, I still have the original sim. I know my username but have checked it.
So shall I try changing the password for the third time? It’s not that I’ve forgotten it but that it won’t let me in with it 🙄

Well you can but as you say you have reset it three times so it maybe an issue with the service, did you try calling 43430 for your balances?

did you try on another device?

clear your browsing history and clear cache and restart the phone.........then try to log in.....
