I posted yesterday that I couldn’t log in as I’d forgotten my password. I’ve reset it today and it still won’t let me log in. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but no luck. Any ideas as I really need to check my data as I need it for work 😭
You need to use your original sim, to make sure its the correct sim,text the wordnumber to 43430, and find your membername by texting MEMBER to 43430.when you recieve the text back, use that membername to log in.
and change the password by clicking I FORGOT MY PASSWORD on the sign in page,use a pen and paper and jot in down otherwise you will go around in circles.

Well you can but as you say you have reset it three times so it maybe an issue with the service, did you try calling 43430 for your balances?
did you try on another device?
clear your browsing history and clear cache and restart the phone.........then try to log in.....
