Can’t make calls

Hi I set up my I phone and activated SIM card. I see I have a sygnal but still can’t call out or pick up the phone calls. Is it faulty card? I initially bought it for tracker watch and it didn’t work neither

@pocah66 Hi welcome to giffgaff and the community

• SIM activation's are completed within 30 minutes, however during periods it can take up to 24 hours for the activation to complete.

• You can check if your SIM has been activated by logging in here

http://www.giffgaff.com/dashboard .

• You will notice the completion of the SIM when you see any active allowances e.g goodybag/ airtime credit along with your NEW ALLOCATED NUMBER

• I also suggest you turn your device off and on again periodically to see if that helps.

• If it's been more than 24 hours and your SIM hasn't fully activated then i suggest you ask a giffgaff agent here

Hi @pocah66 Sim activation can take several hours to complete.

Try restarting your phone periodically.
