I can't receive calls or texts but can make them also i can use data

Hi, have you transferred a number to giffgaff from another network?
If so, when did that happen and from which network?

Has the problems suddenly occurred, or have you just activated a replacement sim?

What does the person hear exactly when they call your number?

Which phone do you have?
Which connection symbol
(3G, 4G, H, E, gprs)
Do you see next to the signal bars?

I have the same problem. Switched over from lebara. I can ring and text UK and international numbers but can not receive calls from international numbers and my texts aren’t received by them.

If you haven't done so, contact an agent to report the incomplete transfer

In the box provided explain the problem, say you've been advised by the community that you have an incomplete transfer and ask for the problem be passed on to the technical team /engineers to fix
