Can’t use card to top up

Hi 

I can’t use my card to top up my number, and also I can’t add my card in the method of payment. I checked my card is UK debit card. I don’t know the reason, please help me.

It could be that the card has been blocked due to unsuccessful payments or other reason... As we in the forums are just Members like yourself, we cannot action any direct Account Related issues, therefore, please make contact with a GiffGaff Agent who should be able to help you with this isssue. Please also ensure that you give the GiffGaff Agent as much information as possible in your message to them so that they can assist with resolving things for you more quickly, if your message is vague and doesn't contain all the facts then this will take them much longer to address things and sort out your problem.

if your changing your card make sure recurring goodybag is turned off @ukgif93178 

but if you`ve tried different browsers to change it and it still doesn`t work it could possibly be a security flag

you would need to contact an agent to reset your account here

Is it a Visa or Mastercard and does billing address match your giffgaff profile?

 

It must have more than one month prior to expiry.
