Is there any way to cancel an order before it’s actually received? Accidentally ordered my son a pink phone instead of black...😳

@rogersonbrown Did you contacted agent? also you received phone?
If you have already cancelled your order your refund will take upto 5 business days.

Will my payment automatically be refunded and the direct debit payment cancelled. Just got to wait for it to be delivered then return it... it’s already been dispatched

It’s not come yet I just ordered the wrong colour... would they exchange or do I need to do the whole order again from scratch...
