Cannot top up 4g goody bag on 4g ready sim

I have a problem that i tried last month to top up my phone with a 4g ready sim to use a 4g goodybag after buying a 4g phone and i had been using 3g on the 4g ready sim. So i thought id bought the 4g goodybag but whe it came to the next month topup, it didnt go through. Im wondering why it wont change from a 3g goodybag to 4g even tho my 4g sim is ready ....?

If still no joy then you can ask an agent to help you using this form http://giff.ly/agentsgbpurchase

 

Agents can take up to 24 hours, in the worst case, to reply. You will see when an agent has replied in the "Messages: From Agents" box which is half way down the right hand side of your "My Giffgaff" page or go here https://giffgaff.com/support/questions

month?

first turn off your recurring goodybag option.. then buy a 4G goodybag which will be queued and will be active when your current 3G goodybag expires

Try restarting your phone if you have the 4g bag

yes. I set my 3g one to reoccur then stopped that when i thought id bought a 4g bag but when it came to change it didnt do it
