I am unable to make or receive any calls or text messages from my phone despite having full signal etc. I have an iPhone 5 and all of my settings are correct as I have been through with apple on the phone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

First, try rebooting your phone. If you still have no signal then check if there is network maintenance going on by going  HERE

Please check the signal in your area by following this link https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service for the network status or coverage. The network status should give you details of any local issues, including planned work, as well as showing signal strength & outages.

Please remember that the website is updated hourly and may not display any issues at the current moment. If the signal looks all good then you can perform a manual roam Please check out this http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Using-giffgaff/Force-the-change-of-SMS-settings/ta-p/4871794 guide on how to perform a manual roam.

Also please turn off your mobile device off for a couple of minutes and on again to see if that helps.

Check the signal in your area to check for any faults with the network in your area. You can do so by following this link https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service

If the signal in your area is fine then you should try a manual roam which will update your connection with the network. Click on this link to view how to do a manual roam http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Using-giffgaff/Force-the-change-of-SMS-settings/ta-p/4871794

and try turning your device OFF for a couple of minutes and then turn it back ON again to force the device to refresh the network signal.

Hi, has your sim suddenly stopped working
Or has it not worked since you activated a replacement sim after reporting your previous sim lost or performed a sim swap?

Can you see your number, balance and goodybag here
Http://giffgaff.com/dashboard

Can you see a full signal at the top of the phone, that's...
Signal bars
Giffgaff or O2-UK logo
Connection symbol
(3G, 4G, H, E, gprs)

Can you see your balances when you dial *100*7# and *100#
Or some other word or words?

Can you use data?
Can you call 43430 and 443 ?
