Cant top up my goody bag

Im trying to top up my goodybag.
When I use the recur button it says.

Oh dear, technical issues
Sadly we couldnt recur your goodybag.
Please try later.

So I tried topping up manually by queueing my goodybag.

It says.We havent been able to process your request due to n issue with your giffgaff account.
Please contact an agent.

Which I have done but now need to wait 24hrs for a response and desperately need to use my phone for business calls tonight.

Any ideas pleas?

@leighvdm, Hi there,  try using a different browser and empty cache then try again.

Hi there, it could be a temporary glitch at giffgaff, you could try a different browser or try again a bit later.

Clear your browser history and login with different browser and see if it works?
