You can check your order history here http://www.giffgaff.com/orders/history to confirm the payment has been taken e.g goodybag purchase.

Have you recently activated the giffgaff SIM card? if so, SIM activations are usually completed within 30 minutes however, can take up to 24 hours to complete. You will notice when the SIM activation is complete when you see your active goodybag or airtime credit and your new number on the My giffgaff page here http://www.giffgaff.com/dashboard .

During the activation process turn your phone off/on again occasionally . If the SIM isn't activated within the 24 hours raise a ticket with a giffgaff agent to investigate further.

To contact a giffgaff agent you will need to fill in the agent form here https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Getting-Started/Activating-my-SIM/form/

It can take up to 24 hours for a giffgaff agent to respond (agents work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm).

You will see when an agent has replied in the "Messages: From Agents" box which can be found half way down the right hand side of your "My Giffgaff" page or you can access it direct here https://giffgaff.com/support/questions
