I received an email from giffgaff reminding me to update card details as it was about to expire. I clicked the link on the email to update and updated it with card number details and three digits on the back, then it said payment received, though I hadn't made a payment. Then I realised I shouldn't have gone via the email link and I went to my account via www.giffgaff.com but couldn't navigate to current payment card details. So I've now locked my credit card in case the email vwas a scam. In the meantime email from giffgaff to say card details updated! Is it okay to unlock my credit card?

Hi to be safe get in touch with an agent
show them your message and see if it is from them
remember allow from a few hours up to a maximum time of 24hrs for agents to reply which will show here
