I bought a new Lumia 435 Phone as a Carphone Warehouse Upgrade on Path less than 2 months ago.
Unfortunately, the charger has packed up, and I've tried another phone charger, and the phone is charging fine.
I've read the terms and conditions regarding the guarantee, and the charger is covered for up to 6 months after purchase.
Does anyone please have any idea how I can go about getting a replacement lumia phone charger through my guarantee?, eg, I'm not too sure who to contact, eg, the Carphone Warehouse, or the phone manufacturer?
Any help/advice would be most appreciated, thanks in advance
