Charging for calls Giffgaff to giffgaff

Been charged for 2 calls Giffgaff to Giffgaff. Also I tried to fill out the form to contact a agent and it will not let me send form to agent another problem. What's going on with Giffgaff sort it out please.

Free giffgaff to giffgaff calls last for 60 mins per call. So you’ll need to hang up and re-dial if you want to keep talking for free. was it longer that 60 min?

I topped up today. So I should be getting free Giffgaff to Giffgaff calls. And the form to fill for help from a agent is not working either.

@jinglesbells did it last for under 60 minutes? They're only free for the first 60 minutes and then you have to hang up and call again if you want it to be free Smiley Happy
