Complaints don't reply

So I've submitted a complaint and they did a FULL DPA check on me (Which I answered everything, Including the inside leg measurement) and they haven't replied. Not even an acknowledgement. 

 

I just want a deadlock letter now. Giffgaff has cost me my insurance claim. So where do I send the bill Mike Fairham?

 

 

Who can now help

 

Oh before posting for payback

 

I don't need to contact an agent

I don't need to know how to request proof of usage

I don't need internet settings

Its an issue and new customers need to know the lack of support.

what's the point of putting this up here, as fellow members can not answer, you need to contact the person dealing with your complaint

Hi..have you checked your agent message inbox on your dashboard..? Also agents can take upto 24hrs to reply.

it's only an issue for you at the moment, have you contacted an educator? they may be able to help your query?

 

insurance claims are always slow

Really? My insurer has a 48 hour turn around when they receive the documents, So thanks to giffgaff its been 2 weeks. I could have had a new phone by now and my claim is timing out thanks to this shower.

 

Issue for me, Clearly you've not looked around the forums much have you.

Agents can't see complaint details either.
