So I've submitted a complaint and they did a FULL DPA check on me (Which I answered everything, Including the inside leg measurement) and they haven't replied. Not even an acknowledgement.
I just want a deadlock letter now. Giffgaff has cost me my insurance claim. So where do I send the bill Mike Fairham?

insurance claims are always slow
Really? My insurer has a 48 hour turn around when they receive the documents, So thanks to giffgaff its been 2 weeks. I could have had a new phone by now and my claim is timing out thanks to this shower.
