Contacting an agent

I have been trying to contact an agent but when it says date and time it always says it is wrong . Anyone else having this problem?

If you are getting invalid date error while sending email to agents :

This is what you need to do :
From drop Down menu choose :

Sim services >
No services >
Tick all the boxes and now put relevant info in the box ...


Email to agents :

http://bit.ly/giffgaffagent

Giffgaff agent will assign a ticket to this email and acknowledge it !

Hello, If you have a problem with the invalid date in while contacting an agent, then the way around this is to choose sim services from the drop menu and then no services from here you will be able to insert your information. http://giffgaff.com/support/ask .

clear your browser cache or try another browser e.g. chrome seems to be working for me fine.
