Please?

You lost a day of phone service, just like 30 million others.

Business use is not allowed under the terms and conditions, so suggesting you have lost money isn't going to work.

If your phone is vital, you should have a back up plan.

Amen to that!

Navigating H&S is a nightmare at the moment for those who actually need assistance with anything other than 'demanding' compensation.

Too lazy, too stupid to look if there was a thread about the outage?

Demanding that 'someone else' should do it for them, seems they may have heard rumours O2 are giving £75 (drivel)

They know their 'rights and entitlements' but ignore their obligations

Good Evening,
Agree with every word you say about the demanding of compensation as if it is a right.
With regards to business users they should not be using giffgaff.
Also an astute business person would have a back up plan for just such an emergency.
A plan is being put in place for the possible paying of compensation.

My big bug bear has been people thinking O2 would give out £75. This is clearly not going to happen.

However I do think some people would have been effected worse than others, not just people claiming to be business users.

Those who rely on phones to check on vulnerable relatives for example. There are some genuine people who would have been caused distress (not just because they couldn’t access You Tube or play Candy Crush!)

Good Evening,
As the President of the USA would say Fake News.
In this case he would be 100% correct.
You only have to do the maths, reported that 02 have 25 million customers X £75 this more than 02 is worth.

I so agree some few people might have been put out of pocket but I don't believe it is so many.
