Ran out of data so bought a £20 goodybag as I thought ! but it went into credit which I couldnt find a way to transfer so brought forward next months goodybag but i don't want to have £20 credit ????????

your best solution is to contact an agent and ask for a refund of the £20 top up credit,explain to the agents in the box provided what you tried to do and request a refund. (link below to contact an agent

Agents can take up to 24hrs to reply but are udually much quicker.

@smugbastard75 You can use creditbto purchase a goodybag. 

 

Easiest st way to do this is to dial 43430 free from your device, listen to options and select option 2, then select the goodybag that you require. 

 

An an alternative option would be to contact an agent for a refund.
