Hi how do I get my£10 goody bag back please I accidentally put on hoping it would start straight away as only have data left on my £5 one thankyou

Hi there, if you want to start it straight away then you can, providing you have less than 100mb or 100mins left on your current one. If you wish to cancel the queued goodybag then use this link

Hi  @dory85

 

When add a bag to account when already a bag active can use on account then the bag be queued ready to go active auto as soon current bag using has expired.

 

Can start the queued bag now if on the bag using have calls reached 100 minute or 100 texts or 100 MB on data left or less that a option comes up on account if can start next bag ready now.

 

If want to cancel the queued bag and the be refunded back then on account dashboard >> https://giffgaff.com/dashboard   has the option to click on to do this and on this page as well has the option if want to start ready bag now when reached at lease above allowance on a part of allowances call/text or data.
