Credit problems

Good evening, 

I added credit (10 pounds) on November 25th (5 days ago), but today I received a message telling me that my account balance had dropped to 0. I really don't understand what happened since I've never used all my credit (and this time in 5 days it dropped to 0...). 

I had to top it up again with 7.5 pounds. 

But can you explain me what happened? 

And before I had a 10 pounds goodybag. Now I bought a 7.5 pounds one. What will happen next month? Will I be charged 17.5 pounds?

Hiya @emmaezvan. Credit is used at payg rates. Or for calls or text not part of goodybags. Credit does not expire, but will last for as long as you make it last. Goodybags last for 1 month, use it all or lose it all when it expires. 

Check your payment history to see what you have bought in the past.
