Can you confirm you have an activate goodybag, you are in the UK and not calling or texting non UK number.
Just wondering if you have accidently signed up to a premium rate text number.
When you have a goodybag that is live, its also possible to buy another one which will queue to start when the current one finishes, leaving airtime credit in your account will allow calls and text to premium numbers and indeed allow you to do so .
