You have taken £4.99 from my account, my new goodybag was just about to start but i still had over 3gb left on my old goodybag, so why have you taken £4.99 from my account.????? can you please refund it to my account as my old goodybag still had over 3gb when my new goodybag was just miniuts away.. thankyou

Please check your GiffGaff dashboard and history to see where you have spent the money.  If it's been take by mistake then send a message to the GiffGaff team who can refund you.

If the money was taken for call or something outside your goodybag allowance then you will need to pay for it.

giffgaff do not offer a product that costs £4.99.

 

Can you confirm you have an activate goodybag, you are in the UK and not calling or texting non UK number.

 

Just wondering if you have accidently signed up to a premium rate text number.

When you have a goodybag that is live, its also possible to buy another one which will queue to start when the current one finishes, leaving airtime credit in your account will allow calls and text to premium numbers and indeed allow you to do so .

Its not the data im worried about but £4.99 taken from my account when my new goodybag was just about to start, they had no reason to take all my £4.99 credit, i just want it to be refunded, as my new goodybag started and there was over 3gb still left.. i know my old gb's dissapear when new £20 goodybags starts, just want to know why take all of my £4.99 credit i have left..????

Dont call premium nos.. ive always had a £20 g/bag. Just want an agent to refund £4.99 taken from my acc.
