Hi! I don’t know if happened to anyone... last week I was change for a text £3 , they said in my account it was a premium text. They realised it was an mistake and they gave me the money back. And today I had the same problem. I am waiting now to see how they gone deal again with this problem. I am wondering if only happened to me. Thanks!

It would help if you could clarify who "they" are. Is it a GiffGaff agent, or a representative of some other company?

 

Many GiffGaffers are being hit with unexpected premium charges, so you are certainly not alone.
