I topped up £25 to get the £25 bundle and giffgaff have took 1p off so i cant get the bundle what do i do?

Hi.. an agent will reimburse the penny. http://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask and in meantime dont use anymore credit and switch data off.

Hi,

 

This may be down to a very small amount of data usage.

 

Please turn off mobile data and follow nigelbrooks advice.

 

It might be worth noting for future reference, it is sometimes a better idea to buy a goodybag directly as opposed to exchanging airtime credit to stop this happening

It’s a possibility that 1p has been used up by background data - Please contact a giffgaff agent and they should be able to credit your account with the missing 1p required to buy the £25 always on goodybag.
