Today I received a text from giffgaff stating that I had used over 80% of my data allowance. Instantly after receiving this text, I no longer have Internet access on my phone. This is confusing me because I have 460MB of data remaining, and also £9.60 of airtime credit! I thought my options if I ran out of data before my next goodie bag starts were 1) start the goodie bag early and sacrifice anything remaining on my current one.. Or 2) Use airtime credit at 2p/MB for data.
My next goodie bag starts in 2 days, so I would have been willing to use my £9.60 of credit for my data useage (even though 2p/MB is extortionate!). Can anyone advise why my data has stopped, when I still have credit (and aparantly some data) remaining? Thanks
