Try texting the word "settings" to 2020 or enter manually;


Manual Settings:

GPRS-3G Settings

Connection Name: giffgaff - GPRS
APN - Access Point Name: giffgaff.com
Proxy Server Address: 193.113.200.195
Proxy Port:8080
Login - Username: giffgaff
Password: password
MCC: 234

MMS Settings

REMEMBER to turn phone off and on once you have entered the settings



also check to make sure your goodybag is still in credit with data. if so, and the issue still does not resolve, contact an agent;

ensure you have the correct apn settings

Text "SETTINGS" to 2020, should this not work, please choose handset OS from the list below and click the link:
