Just purchased a goodybag with 1 GB of Data. I can make phone calls and texts but whenever I try to use the internet I get a message that I don't have a data subscription.
INTERNET SETTINGS ETC
First find out the settings for your device / phone... http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Settings-for-your-device/tkb-p/phone_settings ... and input them MANUALLY...do this carefully and double check you have done it correctly.....this usually rectifies any problems.
Also for MMS to work properly you need to have 3g and Mobile Data turned on and also MMS enabled in your phone settings... otherwise MMS will NOT work....and its also a good idea to reboot your phone once you have done all of this...If all of this fails then contact an agent here.....https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/mobile_internet_issues.....
