Says i have data and apn setting are correct. Why wont my data work?

Hi @mikebradders

Please check again to see if you have the correct APN/Data settings - Please see the link below to get the internet settings for your device. You will find the settings for the most popular devices including iOS (iPhone, iPad), android (Samsung , HTC etc) & blackberry devices.

If you find the data settings are fine Please check the signal status in your area to see if there are any known local issues, such as mast damage or routine maintenance being carried out.

Please note the signal status checker is updated hourly, so recent faults may not yet show up – so check back after a while, just in case Please follow this link https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service and enter your post code.

Also turn your device off/on again to see if that helps.

@mikebradders; do you have an active goodybag; if not, do you have airtime credit? Dial *100*7# to check the former; dial *100# to check the latter.

have you restarted phone?
