I just purchased a goodybag early because my data had ran out an when I reset my data limit it is saying I've already used half of my data, it's been less than half an hour and I've only been on the giffgaff website, can anyone help me please

Did you have the mobile data enabled? if so it might be that the mobile data has been used by background data.

Apps running in the background can sometimes make use of the mobile data. It always best to turn off the mobile data connection when not in use.

You can also confirm this by viewing your recent Usage Statement (though the last 48 hours will not be displayed yet).

If you feel this incorrect ask a giffgaff agent to look into this.
