I've noticed that my phone rings a couple of times then silent going into voicemail. I've tried calling myself from the landline and another mobile and there is a delay in my ringing. I can hear the call going through but my mobile rings only after four-five rings. Has anyone had a similar experience and do you know if this is an operator issue or something to do with my phone? I own a One plus one and have never really had major issues.

Thank you

PS: Also the delay seems to vary from ring tone to ring tone

Hi @pavarotti

You can increase the rings before the voicemail kicks in. To change the number of rings before a call diverts to voicemail dial **61*443 *10*amount of seconds# followed by SEND.

The "amount of seconds" above should be replaced by the number of seconds your phone will ring before diverting the call to voicemail. The number can only be 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds.

Maybe I haven't explained myself well. The phone starts ringing from where I call but starts ringing on the receiving device with a big delay.

I can hear the call going through from the device I'm calling from but starts ringing on the receiving device only after 4-5 rings.
