I purchased a iPhone 7 from Giffgaff since I have cleared the loan I have been messed so many times around with the ratesetter advisors and a manager they are just so rude they have no empathy or understand I was treated disgustingly .
They over charged me by £30 and don’t want to give it back or investigate I’m at the end of raising this with Ofcom.
And they have been breaching Data protection by sending an email to the incorrect address this is disgusting.
I’m really upset with Giffgaff for working with such a rude company who doesn’t even understand the word customer service .
@maniba1 all I can suggest is inquiring about it with the agents click on phone queries then use the how can we help box and explain the problem contact the agents
remember allow from a few hours up to a maximum time of 24hrs for agents replies which will show here when logged into your account
Remember agents work from 8am until 11pm daily
If you have a dispute with ratesetter, Ofcom will not be interested as they only deal with communications related problems.
You should be discussing the problem with ratesetter, and if you have reached an impasse then the financial ombudsman is the relevant dept/authority to contact

Ratesetter are the credit providers for financed handsets BUT as giffgaff use ratesetter, then in theory giffgaff should be able to help you/advise you accordingly.

If you have a dispute with Ratesetter then you must resolve this with Ratesetter including taking the case to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you have reached deadlock with them.
giffgaff will neither be interested nor intervene as you simply used your personal loan to purchase a product. OFCOM will equally not be involved as they neither administer nor adjudicate on financial services products.
