Does anybody else get incorrect "Answer to your query" emails?

I've opened three tickets/incidents:

  • One where I have an ongoing problem - don't think I've had an email from this so far
  • One which has been solved by an agent - I think I had three emails about this one, two of them before any sort of note or status change was noted on the ticket
  • One which I've added a new note and "solved" myself before an agent responded - which also generated a message. I've also got a survey request "How did we do?" email for this one Man Happy

Anybody else get this?

i would also ignore this message i have received emails from gg which were a mistake.

I have got random / incorrect messages in My Giffgaff in the past. I think it is just the system is not fully bug free. I just ignore them, have not had one for a while!
