Done number transfer and my phone says sim not provisoned

Yes it is the number I transfred show on my giffgaff account but can't make or recive calls

Number worked perfect in till transfer now none of them work

@nofea66 And there is no service issue in your area using the the service checker link I posted earlier?

 

If there are no service issues in your area, try a manual roam. See here for instructions

And If manual roam don’t fix it then raise a ticket with giffgaff agents to check the transfer for you.
