Double Goody bag charges

Dear Giffgaff, 

 

I have just noticed that you have been charging me twice each month for my goody bags.  As you can see from my usages, i do not need 2 of these and must i must have made a mistake in activating these.   Yet you have continually been taking the money out of account.   

I am seriously thinking of closing my account with Giffgaff because of this 

 

Unhappy customer!!!

You may need to contact an agent about this, sounds like there has to be some mistake and giff gaff try their best to keep their community happy.
