Double payment

I added credit to my account yesterday and it failed because of the technical issues with the payment system so I tried again later and it worked. However today my balance is showing both credits so it must have gone through after all! Anyone know the procedure for getting a refund on credit?

Go to your My Giffgaff page and look for the agent links on the right hand side. Explain your situation there.

You will have to contact an agent mate regarding refunds.

It was an issue over the weekend. Contacting an agent to resolve it is the only way

You can either get a refund through the agents, or you can just leave the extra credit on your account and use it up. If you're buying a goodybag each month it's amazing how the credit goes down Smiley Very Happy

just leave the extra credit and use it for next month, so you don't have to top-up again!!
