You can order a SIM for your friend from your spread page here http://www.giffgaff.com/orders/mgm and once the SIM arrives your friend can follow this https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Getting-started/Activating-your-new-SIM/ta-p/3521635 guide on activating the new SIM card.

Once the SIM has been activated your friend can follow this http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Getting-started/How-do-I-keep-my-current-mobile-number/ta-p/3521127 knowledge base guide on how to bring a number over to giffgaff.

Hi

Go onto the main giffgaff site, when you have signed in you can order your SIM from there.

Order more than 1 they are free.

Allow 4-5 working days from delivery.

You friend will need to get a PUK code from there previous supplyer to be able to port the number over.
