' @winnie28k Try switching on and of your airplane flight mode a few times to update network again or try a soft reset by holding down the power button and up and down volume button at same time until phone reboots its self and see if works then
@winnie28k Please check the signal in your area by following this link https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service for the network status or coverage. The network status should give you details of any local issues, including planned work, as well as showing signal strength & outages.
I would try a Manual reset, it usually works & is worth a try. Repeat the process this time choose O2(gg) and this will update your number to the message centre and should help your txts The message centre number in your message settings should be +447802002606
I cant make calls at all I've messaged an agnet to help but this situation hasnt been answered . I got my phone unbarred and its still not been fixed by now, I'm so stressed with this situation and I needed to make call. Help
are you in the London area? If so see below re issues with people using 2g in some parts of London. I was in East London last week and my daughter couldn't phone me at all. I was able to phone her however. It is suggested that you can change to 3g as 3g and 4g are not affected
