Enquiry abt goodybag

I bought a goodybag package of 15 pounds and its showing now i got 15 gb data . I dnt use this much. I checked online i can get 6 gb in 10 pounds . Can i cancel one starting on 23 rd and buy 10 pounds or 12 pounds. If yes how to cancel that pls help

Your goodybag will be queued, you can cancel it yourself  if it was purchased  over 24hrs ago, go to https://giffgaff.com/orders/history/others , and open up 'next goodybag'. Just click the button and it'll cancel, or contact an agent https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Top-up-balances-and-goodybags/Cancelling-a-goodybag-or-top-up-... and explain you need it cancelled to buy a different one

 

Refunds will take 5 working days to be credited and appear in your bank account

Hi there,
Yes the £15 goodybag data allowance increased today as did the £12 and £10 ones. You can't cancel a goodybag early unfortunately but if you have less than 100 minutes of calls or 100MB of data remaining, you can instead decide to purchase another goodybag early before the expiry date of the current goodybag.
