Keep getting errors message when trying to buy a goodie bag need to complete the purchase as i don't want to use cash balance tomorrow

Clear your web browser cache, cookies and history or you can try another browser e.g. Internet Explorer , Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox etc and then try again.
 
Are you trying to complete the payment using a credit/debit card? if so, please check out this https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Tips-Guides/Credit-Debit-card-Issues/td-p/3621481 giffgaff link on common Debit/Credit card payment issues.
 
If you have followed the steps above and still unable to buy the goodybag please speak to a giffgaff agent to look into this as it might be account related. Between 10pm and midnight on the last day of your goodybag, you will not be able to queue the next one.

Between 9pm and midnight on the last day of your goodybag, you will not be able to alter your recurring settings.

Hi, the cut off times queuing a goodybag is...
You need to buy before 10pm online
And
Before 9pm on the top up line

Switch mobile data off on your phone, just before midnight
Then after midnight
Call 43430 and press option 2 and follow the directions to buy a goodybag with your balance

Once complete, switch mobile data back on

I just need to buy a goodie bag..but thanks never had this message before and there's no number to contact .

If you're using the app, the error message shown doesn't indicate the cause of the problem,

If you were logging in with a browser  you'll be presented with the reason you can't buy a goodybag 

 

Just to repeat what's been advised, 

You can't buy a goodybag to queue after 10pm on the last day of your about to expire goodybag 

(you can't buy after 9pm on the top up line)

 

If you make sure you switch mobile data off on your phone phone just before midnight 

And then after midnight, call 43430 and press option 2 and follow the directions to buy a goodybag with your balance 

 

You shouldn't lose any credit before you get the chance to convert your balance into a goodybag
