Between 9pm and midnight on the last day of your goodybag, you will not be able to alter your recurring settings.

I just need to buy a goodie bag..but thanks never had this message before and there's no number to contact .
If you're using the app, the error message shown doesn't indicate the cause of the problem,
If you were logging in with a browser you'll be presented with the reason you can't buy a goodybag
Just to repeat what's been advised,
You can't buy a goodybag to queue after 10pm on the last day of your about to expire goodybag
(you can't buy after 9pm on the top up line)
If you make sure you switch mobile data off on your phone phone just before midnight
And then after midnight, call 43430 and press option 2 and follow the directions to buy a goodybag with your balance
You shouldn't lose any credit before you get the chance to convert your balance into a goodybag
