Hi, my goody bag failed to auto recur because I cancelled my bank card yesterday after its loss. I've changed the detail to use a new card but it won't allow me to select the £12 unlimited data bundle I used too before the recent pricing restructure. Can anyone help Please?
That's not correct! Giffgaff honoured that price as long as it was set as a recurring goody bag. Today is the day for recuring so I havent broken my commitment as I'm trying to Pay on the same specified day. So it seems Giff Gaff have if this is the case
goto your payment settings switch recur of buy the new goody bag manually an then reset recur if you where a member before 21st aug this yr it will be 15pounds for unlimited if joined after that date its 18pounds
The £12 goodybag with unlimited data has been changed to include 3Gb of data these changes were applied on the 24th of September if you require unlimited data then the £15 or £18 goodybag will be required.
